Cushions are completely handmade, resulting in a beautiful piece of furnishing for your private or public space. Our design will be printed onto both sides or one side of the Soft Velvet cover. We fill the cover with polyester padding or duck feather, so you have nice, plump printed pillows that are ready to go. The cover is removable via a chic heart zip and can be machine washed as normal, so there's no fussy maintenance.

Our unique designs are printed onto the velvet fabric using dye-sublimation, fusing the inks deep into the fibres for an everlasting print. We know how important it is to coordinate your home furnishings, so we give you the option of printing on the reverse too. Mix and match our own cushions, UK made to order, using similar patterns but with our own nuances. For a simplistic but stylish approach, leave the reverse plain. Our cushion is stitched by our expert seamstresses, where a chunky heart zipper is attached for a unique finishing touch.
Machine wash the Soft Velvet cover at 30°c. Drip or tumble dry. You shouldn't need to iron, but if you do, please turn inside out and use a medium heat. To maintain the fluffy, soft pile, use a brush after every few washes and feel the fibres relaxing and returning to their original, gorgeous state.
We handmake your item on site, which takes on average 1-3 days. In rare cases when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.

Unless specified, all of the prices listed on our site are in UK Great British Pounds (GBP). Your financial institution will process a currency conversion after your transaction goes through.
Juicy partners with global manufacturers and merchants in order to provide you with the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from UK and global areas such as Europe, US, Thailand, China, India, Turkey, Spain, etc. via their local postal services.
All shipping costs will be identified once you add a product to your cart and select the destination country. We charge different amounts for shipping depending on the product and the destination country.
1. Free International Shipping will take approximately 10 - 30 business days to arrive from the date of shipping confirmation. It depends on the shipping address. So it may take less or longer the expected shipping time.
2. Europe Flat Rate / Australia & New Zealand Flat Rate / CA Flat Rate / EFTA Flat Rate / JP Flat Rate / US Flat Rate / Worldwide Flat Rate will take 5 - 10 days to arrive.
3. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is aiming to deliver: 1-3 days with tracking. *Signature required. Please note this is the speed of delivery, not manufacturing time for your item(s).

Goods if less than £15, you should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees. Goods if more than £15, it is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis.
DDU (delivery duty unpaid) means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
The order confirmation will be sent right after you have placed the order through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.
And the shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7days after you receive the order confirmation through to your email address or mobile number you have registered when you place the order.

Eligible partial/full refund & replacement

Store Credit Misinterpretation of product listing despite clear indications for non discounted items.
Order Cancellation Cancelling orders is only possible within 4hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. (Sometimes, if the order hasn't been shipped, we may available to cancel your order, so please contact us if you haven't received the shipment confirmation.)
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you have received your item according to the details of the tracking number, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must reach out with an inquiry within this time window to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you return your order after 15 days you receive the return instruction or label from us, you are not eligible to receive a refund.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address on the return instruction that we have replied to your return enquiry email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our Returns Process
Step 0: Read our return policy above to determine whether your order qualifies to be refunded/returned.
Step 1: Submit an inquiry including your reason for return at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: We confirm the refund amount you qualify for depending on your reason for return and items in your order.
Step 3: We provide the return address and shipment labelling instructions. If you do not follow our instructions, we cannot give you your refund.
Step 4: You ship the item at your own cost. We do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your order confirmation email and include it in the returning package.
Step 5: Notify us via email that you have sent your return and provide us with your tracking number if applicable.
Step 6: We will process your return within 3-7 business days of receiving your returned items.
Refunds (if applicable) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund through the Paypal will be processed immediately and other debit or credit cards may take 2 - 7 working days to be processed completely and it depends on your account provider.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.
