6 Granolas for Light & Healthy Eater

Granola is popular ingredients for everyone now, healthy and delicious food especially as a perfect and convenient breakfast. However there are so many high-sugar and unhealthy granola cereals in the market to attract people piquantly. But those cereals are having too much sugar but less nutrition such as fibre and protein, essential nutrition in the day of start.
So we are suggesting some granolas, which have great taste, nutritious and even lighter calories that will be a perfect one bowl of breakfast for your day.

1. Lizi's Granola


 

About the first one. Lizi’s Low Sugar Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made from oats and nuts and seeds baked with the minimum of added sugar. Total sugar (both natural and added) is less than 4%. This granola will appeal to those who find other granola products too sweet or who are trying to reduce their sugar intake.

The second one is Pink Apple & Cinnamon Granola. They are so good for you, helping your heart, digestive system and blood sugar. Cinnamon is also a traditional ingredient which helps with blood sugar control. This Pink Apple and Cinnamon is just such a good way to start your day, just add skimmed milk or yoghurt and away you go!

Before beginning the GoodCarb Food Company to make Lizi’s Granola she used to help run an organic farm in West Wales. When she wasn’t rounding up sheep or feeding the cattle, she was making her granola, using a mix of organic and non-organic ingredients. But now her team have a fully certified Organic Granola and it tastes delicious. They use organic agave syrup, the lowest glycemic sugar, to sweeten this granola. Agave syrup comes from Mexico and is also used as one of the ingredients for tequila! Organic farming is something that I believe in with a passion, and for many, is the only way to farm, as it’s kind to the land and to the animals.

The fourth one is High-Protein! They have developed this product for the entire family, not just the bodybuilders. Protein is necessary for growing youngsters as well as the elderly who need to protect themselves from muscle loss. A single 50g serving will give you 27% of your daily protein needs, but it still has the top-quality taste and texture which made Lizi’s famous. They have only used vegetable protein, mainly from GM-free soya so that like all my granolas this is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
